What can nature teach us about how to create a more sustainable world? The “Sustainable and Bioinspired Materials” symposium, taking place October 5–6, 2026, at ETH Hönggerberg, will bring together curious minds from nine ETH departments for two days of expert presentations and interdisciplinary exchange.
The symposium is organized by a committee of doctoral students from the “Sustainable & Bioinspired” program at the MaP Doctoral School and hosted by the program’s co-chairs.
Prof. Lucio Blandini (ILEK) will give a presentation titled “Porous and Sustainable Skins and Structures” on October 6 as part of the symposium.
